Post-Frame Buildings: Heavy treated ground contact lumber with painted steel roofing and siding. Many options to choose from including: insulation, multiple door types, windows, cupolas fans. louvers, to name a few.

Rigid-Frame Steel Buildings: Structural steel columns and beams with heavy roofing and siding. Excellent choice when the width of the building exceeds sixty feet or the height exceeds twenty feet.  

Horse Barns: The perfect building for the horse enthusiast or just the weekend rider, we offer anything from the simple pasture shelter with two open bays, to the multifunctional breeding/ training facility. 

Agricultural Buildings: Farm operations require storage for anything from equipment and implements, to feed and chemicals. The life of products is extended greatly if they are kept undercover. NBI provides practically any configuration to meet your overall storage needs.

Canopies: NBI offers two grades of our canopy systems, the standard and the extruded aluminum model. Our standard system fits into almost every situation from residential car covers and patio covers to commercial walkways and shelters. The unit consist of .050 aluminum gutter fascia and either 8” flat pans or 12” w pans. The extruded unit consist of heavy extruded aluminum gutter fascia and extruded flat or w pans. These units are used for school walkways, storefronts, entryways or any situation where a more rigid unit is needed. Both units are all custom tailored to fit almost any need and come in various colors.

Metal Roofing: We offer twenty different colors and multiple profiles to choose from. A metal roof will eliminate the need for any further roof replacement. Excellent warranties and superb protection will increase the value of your home while deceasing the cost of your insurance. A small investment for a great return.

Mini-Warehouse: Mini-storage is a great investment with a low initial cost and excellent returns. NBI provides the basic mini-warehouse, but also can change to fit the customer’s requirements.
